Our Story
N-Fab was born in 2001 in Phoenix, Arizona — right where the Sonoran Desert meets the open road. We started with a single mission: build the toughest, most innovative nerf bars in the truck accessory market. Our founders understood that truck owners needed more than a chrome tube bolted to the frame. They needed a step they could trust at 465 pounds, a finish that would not peel after two Arizona summers, and a fit so precise it looked factory.
From that first run of steel nerf bars, we grew into one of the most trusted names in the truck and off-road industry. Today our product catalog spans nerf bars, running boards, rock rails, replacement bumpers, light bar mounts, roof racks, and bed accessories — all designed, tested, and quality-checked at our Phoenix facility. The desert heat, alkaline dust, and punishing washboard trails surrounding our headquarters are the proving ground for every product we release.
In the years since our founding, N-Fab has become part of the RealTruck family of brands — giving us expanded manufacturing resources while preserving the hands-on engineering culture that defined us from day one. We remain committed to the same promise we made in 2001: if it carries the N-Fab name, it is built to last the lifetime of your truck.
What We Build
We engineer truck accessories for people who refuse to compromise on quality. Our nerf bars and steps — including the Predator Pro, Podium LG, EpYx, and classic Nerf Step RS — are constructed from .084-wall steel or extruded 6061 aluminum, TIG-welded into seamless one-piece bodies and finished with our 3-stage powder coat system. Every step in the lineup shares a 465-pound load rating, the highest in the industry.
Our bumpers and protection products are built from heavy-gauge steel with integrated recovery points, light tabs, and winch mounts. The RSP Pre-Runner bumper replaces your stock front end with thicker, sturdier material designed to take an impact without flinching. For trail protection, our RKR Rails and rock sliders use 1.75-inch .120-wall tubular steel to shield rocker panels from boulders, stumps, and trail debris.
Beyond steps and bumpers, we manufacture light bar mounts, modular roof racks, bed racks, sport bars, tire carriers, skid plates, and mounting hardware — everything you need to outfit your truck for work, overlanding, or weekend adventure.
